• At Bali Jetpacks, we kindly ask that all guests make a reservation in advance, so we can check tidal conditions, arrange hotel pick-up, and prepare our dedicated team for your arrival.
• Some activities such as Jet Ski, Sea Walker, scuba diving, wakeboarding, flyboard,flying fish, jetovator jet bike depend on suitable tide conditions to operate safely.
• Other activities such as parasailing, banana boat, and donut boat may have more flexible schedules, depending on weather and operational safety.
• Advance reservations help us prepare our dedicated team and safety staff, ensuring each guest receives the attention and guidance they deserve.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, guests arriving by motorbike, Grab, or private driver are kindly asked to send us their vehicle registration number in advance. This helps our team identify your vehicle smoothly and welcome you easily when you arrive. Thank you for your cooperation. • Swimming skills are not required. All participants will be provided with high-standard safety equipment and guided by experienced instructors throughout the activity to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.
• Participants must be between 6 and 65 years old to take part in this activity. Participants outside the stated age range may be permitted to participate only with prior approval from the operator and, where applicable, the consent of a parent, guardian, or family member.Children aged 6–12 years must be accompanied and supervised by a qualified instructor throughout the activity.
