Is a dedicated rescue boat present and ready to respond immediately during the activities?
ANSWER: Yes. A dedicated rescue vessel is available and ready to respond immediately throughout all activities. Depending on operational requirements and conditions, we use either a Jet Ski or a speedboat for rescue and emergency response. - INSURANCE COVERAGE
Accident and medical insurance coverage is provided for eligible guests participating in our activities, subject to our operational policies and applicable terms and conditions. Please note that this insurance coverage applies to personal accident and medical expenses only. - For Self-Drive Jet Ski activities, guests may be held financially responsible for any damage to the Jet Ski or other equipment resulting from an accident or improper use. The cost charged will be determined based on the nature and extent of the damage

WEATHER & SEA CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
The safety of our guests and team is our highest priority. If weather conditions, wind, waves, or sea conditions are considered unsafe, we will postpone, reschedule, or cancel the activity as necessary.
Activities will only proceed when conditions are assessed to be safe and suitable for operation. We do not compromise on safety, and our operational team will make the final decision based on the conditions at the time of the activity.

ELIGIBILITY
- Participants must be between 6 and 65 years old to take part in this activity. Participants outside the stated age range may be permitted to participate only with prior approval from the operator and, where applicable, the consent of a parent, guardian, or family member.Children aged 6–12 years must be accompanied and supervised by a qualified instructor throughout the activity.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Swimming skills are not required. All participants will be provided with high-standard safety equipment and guided by experienced instructors throughout the activity to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

PROHIBITIONS & LIMITATIONS
- This activity is not recommended for individuals with limited physical mobility or any condition that may affect their ability to participate safely.
- This activity is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions, including epilepsy, heart conditions, or other health concerns that may affect safe participation. Pregnant women are also advised not to participate in this activity.
- The activity may be cancelled or postponed due to extreme weather conditions, sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests may reschedule their activity for another available date or request a refund in accordance with our booking policy.
