• QUESTION:
  Is a dedicated rescue boat present and ready to respond immediately during the activities?
  ANSWER: Yes. A dedicated rescue vessel is available and ready to respond immediately throughout all activities. Depending on operational requirements and conditions, we use either a Jet Ski or a speedboat for rescue and emergency response.
• INSURANCE COVERAGE
  Accident and medical insurance coverage is provided for eligible guests participating in our activities, subject to our operational policies and applicable terms and conditions. Please note that this insurance coverage applies to personal accident and medical expenses only.
• For Self-Drive Jet Ski activities, guests may be held financially responsible for any damage to the Jet Ski or other equipment resulting from an accident or improper use. The cost charged will be determined based on the nature and extent of the damage

WEATHER & SEA CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
The safety of our guests and team is our highest priority. If weather conditions, wind, waves, or sea conditions are considered unsafe, we will postpone, reschedule, or cancel the activity as necessary.

Activities will only proceed when conditions are assessed to be safe and suitable for operation. We do not compromise on safety, and our operational team will make the final decision based on the conditions at the time of the activity.
